These modern, new apartments were built in 2009 to the highest standards with luxury furnishings and attention to detail. Parking is on the ground floor and lifts take guests to the apartments, which are on the second and third floors. Guests arriving by car may use the hotel's parking facilities.
Driving directions from the Orlando Area:- Locate and join Interstate I.4 heading WEST towards Tampa. Exit from Interstate I.4 at junction 9 and join Interstate I.75 SOUTH signposted to Naples. Drive 130 miles and exit at junction 131, signposted SW Florida International Airport, Hospital and Cape Coral. Turn right at the end of the exit slip road and join Daniels Parkway heading West, drive for 4.5 miles, you will then make a left turn (heading South) onto Summerlin Road. Drive on Summerlin Road for 5 miles, make a left turn onto San Carlos Blvd/FL 865 for 3 miles. At the bottom of the bridge follow the road to the left as it will become Estero Boulevard, offices will be on the right.

The apartments are located across the beach road on Fort Myers Beach, in a quiet section of the beach that is ideal for families. There is a supermarket and restaurant within walking distance of the apartments, and the town centre of Fort Myers Beach, with its many amenities, shops and restaurants, is just a 35-minute walk along the beach road. Miami International Airport is approximately 251 km from the complex.
